Sigmund Mosely, Jr.
Mr. Mosley is president and a director of Imlay Investments, Inc., and also serves as a director of The Imlay Foundation, Inc. From 1969 to 1991, Mr. Mosley held several positions with Management Science America, Inc., and prior to that, was with Peat Marwick & Mitchell. Mr. Mosley serves on the board of directors of Ardext Technologies, Inc., Bancintelligence, eQuorum Corporation, EzGov, Inc., Kelly Registration, Inc., MCF Systems, Inc., Photobooks, Inc., and USBA Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the board of Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Southeast, GATV, and Techbridge, all non-profit organizations. Mr. Mosley received his BBA from Emory University.
Jun Ying
Jun is a web technology expert. Jun began his career as a Principle Architect at WebLogic where he led the development of some of the first JAVA-based enterprise applications. He also worked as a Principle Architect at Cambridge Technology Partners and was founder of Merisoft Consulting. Jun has managed the development of major web initiatives at GE Power, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Time, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and MCI. Jun is currently responsible for all worldwide web development at the Coca-Cola Company. Jun earned a BS degree in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
John E. Zamer
John Zamer's practice includes a broad range of corporate and securities work, with extensive experience in the following areas: counseling and corporate governance matters; representation of equity funds; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; securities offerings, including public offerings and private placements; leveraged buyouts; venture capital investments; and financings, representing borrowers.
John serves as the Firm's Partner responsible for the corporate representation for a number of significant Jones Day clients. He directs the mergers and acquisitions representation for some substantial Firm clients with active acquisition programs. Also, he represents private equity and venture capital funds relative to their formation and as to their investments. In addition, John provides general corporate representation to a number of smaller, principally venture capital-financed, technology-based companies.
