JCC Neumann, Barbara Shots (Program Director) - SimpleC has given our members a new way to communicate and help them feel less isolated. Some members like to use it to stay in touch with family, and others like to read newspapers from around the world. A few of our seniors have even used their training to get part-time jobs.
Philadelphia Senior Center, Jacqui Makowski (Program Director) - SimpleC is financially beneficial to the center in saving money on full-time instructors. Also, since class size has increased, more money is available for the computer center.
Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Home, Kelly Dates (Activities Director) - SimpleC has helped our residents get over their fears of using computers, and has benefited them in various ways. For example, Julia thrives in using SimpleC to educate herself and Mary loves exchanging emails with her son.
